INSURANCE
A one million dollar liability insurance policy is required by any vendor and renter that is scheduled to be on the property for the event. This insurance can be easily obtained by Wed Safe
Most vendors have their business insurance - in the event they do not they will have to be covered under the renters insurance policy.
TABLES & CHAIRS
150 mix & match eclectic wooden chairs for the reception seating

2 plastic folding tables for buffet size: 8 ft
1 Wooden Cake table size: 4 x 4
Cocktail patio rod iron tables size: 4 x 4 (located at white house)
Runners are required for each table
MUSIC
Music must be off by 10:00pm (county noise ordinance)
Bass must be low
The DJ is allowed to set up speakers for ceremony and cocktail hour
There is electricity located in each ceremony area for DJ equipment
TENTS
Tent size for reception area size: 20 x 30 (extends to edge of cement patio)
Reception area extending into the grass size: 20 x 40
Bamboo Garden ceremony area size: 30 x 30
Tents are optional but suggested to have on hold
WEDDING COORDINATOR /DAY OF SETUP
A wedding coordinator is required for setting up the decor
PETS
Your pet is allowed to be involved in the ceremony but must be in an enclosure at the reception (dogs only)
WIFI
There is no WIFI in the reception area at this time
